Interview
We will visit your home for a consultation to determine your needs for home care.
After discussions with a doctor and an assessment of the patient’s needs, we will offer you a quotation for the services you require.
Contract
If you are satisfied with the consultation and the subsequent quotation, we will create a contract for you to sign. For us to do this, we will require official identity documents and the completion of an application form.
Payment
Please pay by wire transfer to our designated bank.
Start homecare
On the first day of home care, the service provider will visit your home and reconfirm the services you need.
